Terrible, terrible, terrible service, if you can call it that. Very unprofessional in every way, apart from the initial salesperson who gained our trust. I'm embarassed to say that we spent almost 6000 euro on a 100% non-esistent service. No response when we requested a call to discuss how they could redeem themselves. Do yourself a favor, and AVOID at ALL COSTS.
Wow, that sounds incredibly frustrating! Spending that much money without receiving the expected service is absolutely unacceptable. Did they provide any explanation at all for the lack of follow-up?
