Through "Authentic Christian Gifts", a US reseller, they willfully sent me abroad a counterfeit or excessively defective PEMA item: "Authentic Christian Gifts" on their behalf ignored my multiple and direct requests for a refund, and then they ignored my Better Business Bureau claim pretending to be the victims even after I showed and sent clear and abundant evidence of the rip-off they were orchestrating. To appear to be good people (they are not) they promised me a refund after causing me many months of distress, but they never gave me the refund. This clearly qualifies as a scam and robbery.
